Customers include a range of “blue chip” and growth companies, drawn from traditional and high technology industries. Order batches vary depending on the application and type of company supplied. At any one time, the company may be managing the production of up to fifty different types of circuit board. Day to day control systems are in place to manage the variation in workload. Batch sizes vary from a “one-off” prototype for a new product to 25,000 per month for an established production line. Ashgill Electronics is able to offer a complete manufacture and procurement capability for printed circuit boards. From sourcing of components or the use of “free issue” materials, work is carried out in an efficient and professional manner.
