Solder Inspection BY OPERATORS

Once the assembly has passed through Wave Solder it is passed onto the Solder Inspection stage.

During this process a solder inspection operator will inspect the assembly for solder joint quality and repair any joints that require correction.

Any components that were unable to be inserted before wave solder are attached to the assembly at this stage.

Each bench is equipped for Solder Improving surface mount, Flow Soldered assemblies or Conventional add parts being fitted. The benches are fitted with magnifying inspection viewers and fume extraction systems.
