Our Purchasing team, together with an ERP system ensure components are efficiently procured for every contract.
On arrival from suppliers, all components are verified for suitability and stored in one of our 7 Kardex storage systems.
This allows all components to be safely stored and readily retrieved for assembly operations when required.
Bulk, pallet items are stored in our larger warehouse, allowing multiple withdrawals for assembly, where necessary.
Components are drawn from these storage locations and kitted for each assembly job. This process is controlled via our operations office and ERP system, ensuring full tracking and monitoring of all parts and processes involved in the assembly activities.
