The wave solder department is equipped with two Blundell CMS400LF wave solder machines. These machines use lead free solder to comply with RoHS regulation.
The equipment is fitted with a chain driven double sided pallet conveyor, which takes adjustable soldering carriers, or a continuous finger conveyor with motorised width adjustment they are equipped with dual spray fluxers which allows more accurate spray application over the full PCB.
As part of our quality process the solder quality is checked by independent source.
