Ashgill Electronics are committed to ensuring optimal product quality on each item sent to customers.
In process inspection is carried out at a number of stages throughout our manufacturing processes, and products are not released for further processing unless all inspection criteria are fulfilled.
In process inspection stages are identified on company process route cards, which accompany all products during their assembly stages in the factory.
These route cards identify the customer, the product and revision level being run, as well as card quantity and job number. These cards accompany each batch at all stages and allow product identification to be readily established. Similarly the card identifies all stages carried out and those remaining to complete the product.
Key performance indicators are measured and reviewed at both Test and Inspection areas to ensure quality performance is being retained.
